Lead Web Designer
At Scalekit, our mission is to make it easier for SaaS products to scale into the enterprise segment without the usual engineering overhead and longer timelines to go to market. We are making “enterprise readiness” simple.
The Role: As our first Lead Web & Graphic Designer, you'll elevate our marketing efforts through digital and print design assets. You would partner with the founders and the marketing team in optimizing the digital content and marketing strategies.
To be successful in this role, you should have in-depth knowledge of web and graphic design skills. You should have experience executing several digital and print projects from conception to production, including websites, brochures, decks, illustrations, and social media assets.
Responsibilities:
Craft and maintain stunning digital and print designs – think brochures, ads, infographics, display banners, email campaigns, and more
Create and maintain brand consistency throughout all design assets. Design logo, color palettes, typography
Create responsive mobile and web-based marketing assets that capture and engage our customers
Develop streamlined web and mobile page templates intended for reuse

Continuously audit and improve website’s design and usability issues
Apply if you are:
You are comfortable flying solo. As the first web and visual designer joining us, you’ve got to be able to look at your own work and remove as much bias as possible
Agile and adaptable, thriving amidst startup dynamism. Comfortable with a lack of structure and frequent changes
Resourceful and willing to experiment, who is energized by the idea of creating something out of nothing
Able to juggle diverse design, web, and branding projects without breaking a sweat. Can context-switch and iterate easily among a lot of design projects
Prior Experience needed:
5-7 years in the B2B SaaS design arena, with a rich blend of graphic and web design prowess
A portfolio that speaks to your experience from concept to launch. Prior experience of executing various marketing design projects from conception to production
Prior experience of responsive design, brand identity, visual storytelling, color theory, grid layout, typography
Proficient use of design tools, including Figma, Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
(Bonus) Experience with InDesign, Animation tools, HTML, CSS, Webflow
