Our Product Design team is a compact group of creatives dedicated to solving complex challenges and delivering strategic UX and design solutions that ensure success for both our business and our users. About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic Product Designer to elevate our product feature announcements and user onboarding processes. This role is at the intersection of product design, storytelling, and strategic product marketing, aimed at increasing user discovery and driving feature adoption. You'll craft compelling marketing campaigns for new product features and design seamless onboarding experiences that facilitate user engagement across digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute engaging marketing materials that effectively introduce and highlight new features or updates across multiple channels, enhancing user understanding and engagement.

  • Develop intuitive and efficient onboarding experiences that help users quickly discover and adopt new functionalities.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders from various business units to align goals and drive projects to completion.

  • Advocate for the design perspective within cross-functional teams, balancing design quality with strategic business objectives.

  • Lead design initiatives through the full product lifecycle and across multiple launches, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.

  • Work alongside peers and senior designers to uphold design standards and contribute to the design system, utilizing and expanding design guidelines where necessary.

Qualifications

  • Product Marketing Knowledge: Solid grasp of marketing fundamentals, particularly within product marketing, enabling designs that effectively promote features.

  • Strategic Product Design: Proven ability to tackle complex design challenges and streamline user flows, as demonstrated in your portfolio.

  • Visual and Communication Design: Outstanding skills in crafting visually appealing designs that clearly communicate key benefits and messages.

  • Storytelling Expertise: Strong background in creating compelling design narratives, preferably with experience in editorial design.

  • Technical Proficiency: Highly skilled in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, producing top-tier design work.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Onboarding and Newsletter Design: Ideal candidates will have experience with feature onboarding and newsletter design.

  • Animation Skills: Motion graphics or animation skills are a plus.
