As a UX/UI Designer, you will have the chance to work with a team of excellent designers, developers and data scientists and make truly innovative, top-notch products for both biz and consumer customers.

Your Role, Joys and Responsibilities

• Design and test high-quality UI deliverables across different web, native apps and brand
• Design visuals assets for websites, online advertising, and social media
• Run design exploration activities to help your team navigate ambiguous problem spaces
• Working with the team to brainstorm, implement, and iterate ongoing work
• Participate in design reviews to give and receive feedback on current work and explorations
• Utilize existing product design patterns
• Utilize learnings from user research and testing to better understand our customers

Your Profile - What we expect from you

• At least 2 years of web and graphic design experience, preferably with technology companies, Branding or marketing agency experience
• A great portfolio with UX / UI Designs Case Studies
• Great understanding of the upsides & downsides of agile methodologies
• Knowledge of mobile and web design guidelines and best practices
• Strong understanding of the principles of graphic design and how to use them effectively and creatively (Color, Typography, Layout and Composition and Hierarchy)
• Appropriate understanding of data visualisation and how to display information in a creative and visual context
• Proficiency with with tools like Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Xd
• Strong in articulating and explaining your ideas to other designers, engineers, product managers and other stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in both written and spoken English is a must
• Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
• Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines
• An active learner's mentality that is comfortable asking for help

Bonus if you have:

• Experience working on consumer and/or business energy products, IoT and smart home applications or devices
• Experience with animation and motion graphics
• Experience in HTML, CSS, JS, React Native
