Sr. Visual Designer

What you'll do:

• Design world-class and high-quality user interface of OnePlus Operating System.
• Create scalable design language systems for typography, colour, components, and layouts
• Create multi-media narratives that tell engaging stories of a deliverable, with the audience and communication objective in mind
• Translate brand principles, themes, and moods into strategic frameworks for visual expressions
• Manage design plans to address the time and tasks required a track of work.
• Cooperate with creative technologists to create rapid mockups to demonstrate and present ideas.
• Conceptualizing the original idea that simplifies the complex content with user-centered logic.
• Lead the user research, discover user's insight and craft user interfaces for products

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree required in design-related discipline
• 3+ years of industry experience, agency experience is a plus
• Fluent skills of graphic tools and/or prototyping tools
• Must be able to demonstrate case study or portfolio
• A solid understanding of operating system
• Must well-versed in user-centered design thinking and techniques
• Self-motivation, excellent communication, an open mind
• The ability to thrive in multidisciplinary teams, and the skills to balance great design with short deadlines.
