We are expanding our product scope, adding essential social components, integrating new users’ feedback into our UX, changing our user interface, developing new platforms for Android and web. We are seeking an experienced mobile and web app designer. The successful candidate will be highly motivated, self-managed, extensively experienced in designing mobile and web apps, and have a unique out-of-the-box style.

What you will do -

Work closely with our CTO, development and marketing team, product managers, and editors to design key user flows and experiences and translate these into components and screens.
Solve complex interaction challenges, balancing the users’ needs and desires with marketing and technical considerations.
Communicate your ideas through wireframes, prototypes, flow diagrams and other graphical and non-graphical methods to team members, present and discuss them, and iterate on the feedback you will receive.
Contribute to the implementation of user research through automated data collection calibrated with ethnographic methods, and use the outputs of this research to refine the product design.
Provide pixel-perfect designs ready for development.

What you will bring -

3+ years of experience working in a development team and designing iOS, Android and web applications.
Native English or equivalent
A Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
An impressive portfolio of mobile apps and other digital products you have designed.
A passion for digital contents and an experience in video and audio contents.
Deep understanding of UX / UI frameworks and methodologies.
Full control of mobile and web design guidelines, patterns, conventions and systems, including material design, Apple human interface guidelines, bootstrap, and others.
Familiarity with development processes, procedures and environments in an agile setting.
A strong team player mindset, and exceptional communication skills, while thriving in a startup environment.
Comfortable working remotely in a globally distributed team.
