What we're looking for

We're looking for a conversion focussed web designer to take a lead in designing for both our high-intent performance marketing websites and our portfolio of organic sites that focus on educating and providing guidance to the prospective investor.

Conversion is the essence of our business and so it’s essential the successful candidate has experience in creating high-converting designs.

Working as part of our Digital Services team, alongside a team of software developers, content creators and digital assistants, in the short/mid term we are looking for someone that is comfortable balancing a diverse workload, while in the long term we’d hope to have someone with aspirations to lead a growing team of their own to meet the scaling needs of the business. 

Essential Skills

• Proven experience in creating conversion content for the web
• Advanced at Sketch/Figma 
• Experience in working with html and css frameworks (especially Tailwind)
• Ability to work from requirements documents that include mockups/wireframes, functional briefs, competitor examples, existing style guides and frameworks
• Takes pride in productivity and output
