Product Designer (Growth)

About the team

Growth is a cross-functional team with one focus: determine what needs to be put into the market, so we can attract and retain more customers. We actively search for growth opportunities, conceive solutions, build those solutions, and deploy them into the market.

The role in a nutshell

Product Designers in the Growth team find the right balance between user needs and business goals. The ideal candidate can use consumer insights to concept and design changes to our website and product, with the aim of acquiring and keeping more customers.

You will be working with the VP of Growth, a researcher, and an engineering team.

What kind of work you'll do

  • Create visuals and design new experiences for our website and product.
  • Participate in consumer and market research efforts, create insights from those studies, and use those insights to design solutions aimed at creating growth.
  • Concept UX & UI experiments aimed at increasing conversions from the website to free trials, and free trials to paying customers.
  • Create storyboards and rapidly iterate (sometimes several times in a day) UX and UI concepts with ICPs during Simulated Shopping Sprints.
  • Use insights from consumer and market research to design new product offerings, and reimagine UX of existing products.

Your toolbox

  • Figma, XD, Sketch
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
  • Prototyping tools: Invision, Principle, etc.
  • Bonus: animation skills (After Effects, Premiere Pro)

To apply

Submit a portfolio of work and a resume. We want to see design challenges that you have faced, and how you overcome them. For example, how you increased conversions by:

  • Making changes to a website
  • Creating a new onboarding experience
  • Made a landing page that targeted a specific shopper

If selected, you will be asked to do a phone (Zoom) call. On the call, you will talk about your previous work and explain why you did certain things.

If you advance, you will then be asked to do a simple design challenge for a hypothetical scenario (for an industry unrelated to Gmthub). This challenge should take you less than a day to complete.

What does Gtmhub offer you?

  • Meaningful and challenging work
  • Uniquely open and casual environment (office in Sofia, Bulgaria for non-remote employees)
  • The opportunity to work with very smart and driven people
  • The ability to grow your talents and career
  • Attractive salary and bonus opportunities
  • Company stock opportunity
  • Generous vacation time
