Senior Product Designer

Hyprr is an evolutionary content curation and social media platform where creators can monetize their content through PPV, subscriptions, tips and donations and, a greater share of advertising revenue. Harnessing blockchain technology and with encrypted messaging, augmented reality and music integration, Hyprr is the best way to create and consume content whether that's on Desktop, iOS or Android apps. In development for three years with over 20k active users testing our Beta platform we are now preparing for full launch and continuous improvement of the user experience. We are a well funded US based start-up, with a global team and launch supporters that have a fan base of over 450 million. Hyprr has big plans, come and join the team.

Position: Remote

Responsibilities:

• Work with the team to build a design system and establish processes and best practices.
• Own and lead the end-to-end design process of new features and iterations of a product.
• Deliver high-quality, polished, delightful, and easy to use designs.
• Create cross-platform flows that consider the experience on all devices in a variety of contexts and channels.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, developers, internal users, and other designers to reach high-quality implementation
• Research on users perspectives and competitive landscape to generate solutions

Requirements:

• 2+ years of product design experience
• Designing product solutions with business impact
• Creating experience and end-to-end flows, prototypes, with high-fidelity visuals
• Illustrator skills would be a benefit
• Present and explain the solutions to the design team and stakeholders
• Effective written and verbal communication
