The position:

We are currently searching for a rock star web designer to join our team. We need someone with a strong eye for amazing design but also is passionate about crearting great user experiences. The position will involve designing websites for our clients and managing a more junior designer. 

Skills and attributes:

• 4+ years experience designing commercial websites
• High level of understanding of web design concepts (no coding required)
• High level of design sophistication demonstrated in your portfolio
• Ability to proof & check your own work with very high accuracy. This is super important.
• Can work at a good pace.

Your portfolio will demonstrate:

• Designs that convert. A solid understanding of CRO principles would be a massive help.
• Website mock ups including responsive
• Experience creating animations for social media ads would be well regarded.

• Full-time, 40 hours / week
