Crestron Lighting Color Picker Interaction

Throughout the design process, it’s so important to show the intent of the interactions and how the interface dynamically changes as the user interacts with it. Creating and providing Interaction demos serves two purposes:

1.) It helps developers and programmers understand the intent behind the design, visually and from a user experience standpoint. Simply handing off a static design and saying “We need you to build this” leaves so much room for interpretation, not to mention the painstaking process of trying to verbally explain what happens when a user taps a button. The solution? SHOW them what happens! Interaction demos help bridge the gap between design and development and rallies everyone around the experience.

2.) When done appropriately it, without a doubt, enhances the user experience. Finding little moments that “wow” the end user and delight them add to the overarching experience that they have using the app or the product. A pleasant, intuitive, easy experience keeps your users. customers and clients happy and coming back to you for more. Find ways to add in subtle micro-interactions to take the experience from great to delightful. Trust us, your users will fall in love with it.
