Designer in the Middle

When a teammate (hi, Maci! 👋) first told me about agile a while back, what came to mind was a project team working really (really) tightly together.

The designer is usually the point of contact for the whole project team - from devs making our ideas happen, QA discovering edge cases, copywriters writing copy, to project managers managing. Stakeholders sometimes play shoulder angels.
