Form With Multiple Step - Waiting For Payment Process
I created a UI design for tax payment processing and reporting in Pajak.io. the main goal is how to make it easier and easier for users to pay and report taxes.
After I traced the issue by looking at how the government-owned tax payment and reporting app worked, I came across the problem points:
1. users are not told how to pay taxes
2. Users as business owners must install and use additional applications to report their taxes
3. users do not know what to fill in because they do not understand the tax terms on the form label
4. users are asked to fill in many forms
After knowing the point of the problem, I did an idea to find the best solution for user problems. The following are the solutions I came up with during the ideation process:
1. Tells you how to pay taxes and each step
2. integrate the features that are in additional applications into one application, so that users no longer need to use additional applications
3. provide a more detailed explanation such as understanding or examples of what to fill in each label form
4. Create a form step so that the user is not bored and the user knows how far the progress has been in filling out the form
