How does a company attract new talent when one of their goals is for no one to actually know when they are using their service? Convergys, a customer service solutions and outsourcing company prided itself on being an invisible partner for its clients and doing good while remaining in the shadow. With this campaign we shone a light on the talent that kept the company going and illuminated the possibilities for those that embarked on a career with them.
