OBike | Results-based Business Website

Hey all đź‘‹

For this project, the site focuses more on the results-side than the design-side. OBike is a bike repair company (fictional)

Although the company doesn't exist, I wanted to be as close as possible to the reality of the market.

After an in-depth market research through an evaluation of the value competition and the existing competitors in the market, I created the OBike company with a high-end market position.

USP:
Basically, the USP is a custom and personalized reparation for your bike, the company will not only repair it but also put more work to understand your needs and then provide you the best equipment based on your usage.
So the customers would be mainly professionals/and true bike hobbyists.

Website goals:
The website here has two main goals :
- attract ideal customers by showing the company's services and its USP.
- Save time for the biz owners by explaining how it works and having a form contact (instead of receiving phone calls all day)

Site Structure:
One of the main struggles was to be relevant to three very different groups of users (mountain bike, cycling, and electric bikes). That problem was solved by creating different tabs and showing them at the header of the page.

The site structure was heavily based on a sales structure, by first showing the service, then why the company is (or not) the best solution for their problem. (i.e. ideal customers here were looking for quality equipment based on their usage). Finally, through team members, guarantee and testimonials sections, the site was building trust for the business.
