Confident Karl was the favorite. Aibex now had a character, and it was time to bring him to life. I thought about how he might appear in the times between conversations. What would he be doing? These are some of those quiet pauses that might be used when there's something to reflect on, whether in marketing materials, emails, or the product itself.
