Big news! I made a font!

After years of setting type, and filling books with type ideas—I finally waded into the waters of making one. Josephine Display is based on speedball hand lettering from the 1930's and '40s, some of my very favorite lettering. You'll see it all over advertising, signage, and products made during this period. Each artist would add their own little touches to their lettering—which was sold as a printed guide sheet and set of pen nibs.
