In anticipation of a number of new hires, I have started to put together a large-scale collection of the ui elements across our interface. We have had a strong, web-based style guide internally for a while, and this will make it easier to communicate the visual language to everyone involved in the process. Nothing like a full audit to help you review the state of your visual design!
