Marigold Blast - Watercolor & vector illustration

I once saw a flash of a woman with Octopus arms coming out from her hair - while the woman is meditating. The original watercolor artwork that I had made was just that.

This design is inspired by the mode which we often get into, to fine-tune, align ourselves to the inner peace we seek outside. Into the Numinous kinda mode where it's just us. The Octopus signifies just the same - that deep thinking mode.

Later on, I added Marigolds - Marigolds signify the ability to nurture others and bloom. We can be someone's marigold only when we are in fine alignment with ourselves, in tune with inner peace & inner truth. And this is Marigold Blast.

Don't really know how it will be perceived - but whenever I see this artwork, it reminds me yet again that the happiness we seek outside is all in us, within us.
