Christmas and New Year festive dolls
It's a traditional old-fashioned USSR-styled russian Santa Claus or how we can him in Russia - Ded Moroz or Father Frost.
I've already created 3 Ded Moroz especially for festive spirit of Christmas and New Year holidays.
Tradittinally they wears blue fur coat and have white or grey beard. And everyone had such toy during USSR-period under their tree. I decided to recreate this tradition. To put soul in them instead putting plastic mass market toys.
Instead I add to them stylish fur coat with decoupage technique, add cotton to decorate their fur coat and hat (like it was before). Also I paint their beard, face, belt and crook with acrylics.
Each item takes me 3-4 days to create.
There are only two available ready-to-go Ded Moroz dolls at the moment.

Ded Moroz "Graphic" came directly from North Pole. Well, actually he lives in a different place called Veliky Ustyug. He was so busy replying to children letters that he coat is all marked with blots.
Аnother one arrived directly from Bali so he calls Ded Moroz "Bali". He was visiting kids in those areas and native citizens made him special fur coat with tropical flowers and pineapples.
They are waiting to find their new homes, it's time for them to rest a lil bit from their duties.
