Mizko Design Portfolio - 2022 Edition
I've been guilty of it.
I will admit it 🙋🏻♂️
I definitely haven't given my portfolio the love and attention it deserves over the last few years.
"I'm too busy"
"I don't have time"
"It's not a priority right now"
To some extent it is true. I utilise my portfolio far less than when I first started out as a designer 15 years ago.
However over the last 4 weeks, I've mentored 8 designers and throughout every call I've been asked to provide portfolio feedback.
I felt bad that I was not leading by example.
So that is why I tasked myself to design and build an entirely new design portfolio with a 2 week deadline.
This way I can now not just talk the talk, but also walk the walk.
Tools used: Figma and Webflow. I do miss coding from scratch. Thanks to Ben for the incredible work on the renders.
PS. There's still plenty of things I haven't implemented, but it's a step forward. I will implement better interactions etc over the next few months..... when I have time 😂
