Human-centered approach

The primary goal was to build an intuitive website based on the customer journeys developed during the workshops with G-GROUP. During the meetings we determined which points of contact cause positive and negative feelings while interacting with the brand. This approach helped us learn about the current process and generate new ideas to improve relationships with customers which later were implemented into the final design.

Due to the low supply in the market of IT specialists, it was important to focus on presenting the appropriate image of the brand as an potential employer. We had to present a clear message regarding the values and the company's mission.
