Outdoor Activities illustrations

Desk People’s Health launched a campaign regarding a new regulation to optimise the work of everyone, who spends their days working from home or at the office.

“A new habit must be incorporated in the daily life of everyone who spends most of their workday sitting in front of the computer. One hour a day should be spent outside, without any exceptions. Numerous research studies have shown, that even 15 minutes of fresh air instantly improves your overall mood & energy levels. The hour outside could be spent in any way possible - from taking a stroll around the park to doing cartwheels in front of your office building for everyone to see, it’s up to you.”

My task was think of a few fun or unusual ways that this time outside will be spent and illustrate these activities.
