Ticket Description - Ticketing System
Here's the next screen of my previous shot showing the full description of any individual ticket. I have tried to show all the information in one single view, so that user can get all the information in one glance itself. Different informations are segregated carefully. The Right panel has consistent information that is common across all the tickets. The Actions are always contained the the same panel itself.
The larger section is reserved for dynamic information, the two blocks if information are two environment details that are also consistent. The Evidence section shows all the actions taken on the ticket, just like history.
