Casual Coastal Living in South Orange County

In the South Orange County city of San Clemente, comes a new limited opportunity for casual coastal living. Keeping in the style of San Clemente's Spanish-Colonial architecture, Ten10 Santiago is a collection of seven new homes, just minutes from the shore, the pier, and the beautiful downtown. Wanting a modern and airy take on Spanish styling, Ten10 Santiago uses hints of tradition in its typeface and color story, but infuses the lightness seen throughout the town and sunny shores. I acted as designer and art director for the project's branding, logo design, and locally-sourced photography.
