Ultra-Luxury Residences in Bankers Hill

Ultra-luxury arrives in San Diego, in the form of tower residences and townhomes at The Park, Bankers Hill. Although I started on the project after the brand was developed, I played an integral role in seeing the brand through and enhancing it at every turn, appealing to an elite buyer profile and upscale lifestyle that San Diegans had long been craving. From a newly designed, responsive website, to high-end direct mailers, I made my mark on the imagery, the styling of brand elements, the copywriting and ultimately the attitude of The Park. Using a rich marble texture as seen on the exterior of the building, to rich blacks and metallic golds, these pieces stand out in an overly saturated 'luxury' market and provide an authentically exclusive level of living. Email marketing, Facebook ad campaigns, magazine ads, direct mailers and a robust website all contributed to the sales of these refined residences.
