Squadformers partnered with Squabble to enhance and modernize their platform, transforming the entire claims process, from start to submission.

Every small claim is unique to the individual that files it. There are many steps to properly file a claim, with a substantial amount of information required from the Filer.

Squadformers extensively reviewed Squabble’s current user experience, their pain points, and reimagined what the process could be for Filers.

An essential aspect of a claim that files is communicating to Filers which county they should be filling within. This subtle but important determination has a huge implication for claims that are filed.

Guiding Filers and communicating each step in a format that’s easy to understand became the foundation of Squadformers’ approach. Sections of the process included:

Filing against an individual or business and their information
The category of claim being filed
The dollar amount being filed and how it was calculated
Quickly signing and finalizing the claim

Meeting Squabble customers where they were, with most on the go, played a major role in how the new process was designed, with every step evaluated for its ease of use on mobile devices.
