Invite Talent to a Job 📫

Before this feature, the talent ops team was taking on the initiative to immediately invite relevant talent as soon as a job was posted. However, the effort was largely manual and time-consuming. By allowing clients to actively invite talent to apply to jobs, fill rates and fill times have greatly improved 🙌
