The car configurator design idea by Lazarev. covers all aspects of the driving experience: it assists the user at all stages of the driving experience, starting from the moment of purchase. We developed a gamified design that enables the user to alter the automobile prototype at the time of purchase according to their preferences and financial plan. Unlike usual car configurators, the one designed by Lazarev. features dozens of other exciting and helpful functions.

Of course, the truly modern car configurator’s mobile version should be very understandable and streamlined. While designing the smartphone screen, we allocated most of the screen space to the car in question, as visuals are the main characters of a car configuration app. The bottom part of the screen is dedicated to the vehicle’s technical parameters: maximum speed, 0-100 kph acceleration time, and max power. The very bottom is completed with the price and consequent “Buy” CTA button, as the user is naturally brought to this conclusion.
