New Providence Fire Department Logo

This is a work in progress logo for my hometown Fire Department. I'm attempting to unify multiple design elements inside of a Maltese cross (i.e. jaws of life, Halligan bar, fireman's axe, "NP" monogram, and the words "New Providence" and "Fire Rescue").
