Brand identity, print and website design for ODC Logistics, a 4PL organization acting as a full service logistics provider.

 

Role

Rick Bierman Designs was responsible for the website, iconography, brochures, and business cards. User Experience Design tasks like the website's Information Architecture, Wireframing, and User Flow.

 

The problem

How to create and use one brand style on all mediums of communication to increase reputability and scalability?

 

The approach

First of all, everything was done using an Agile working method; After analysing competitors and brainstorming about the company's direction, we started with the Style Guide. Unique colors, type and iconography stood on the forefront of the Wireframing for the website. Since this site was built from scratch using Wordpress, there weren't many technical restraints you'd typically find when using a pre-built Wordpress Theme and Page Builder. Once the Responsive Website was completed, we moved to the brochures and business cards, which was a breeze since the Style Guide provided us with all necessary information (color, type, hierarchy, etc.)

 

The solution

The brand grew quickly after making these key choices, both in revenue and employees. It has scaled very well, and continues to increase it's reputability.
