ČSOB Smart

Introducing ČSOB Smart, a cutting-edge mobile app designed for customers of ČSOB, one of the largest banks in the Czech Republic.

Our design process involved extensive research and prototyping to create an app that meets the needs and wants of our users. The app offers a smart overview of all products, allowing for seamless payment anywhere and anytime, as well as the ability to open new accounts in just a few minutes. The app also provides first-class security with ČSOB ID and an intelligent virtual assistant, KATE, to assist users with any questions. Finally, the in-app marketplace makes it easy to purchase new products and stay on top of finances on-the-go.
