World Humanitarian Day: Advocate

This illustration continues the series of artworks we created this year for World Humanitarian Day, a campaign by OCHA, the United Nations Office for the Coordination of Humanitarian Affairs. Each year, it focuses on a theme, bringing together partners from across the humanitarian system to advocate for the survival, well-being, and dignity of people affected by crises, and for the safety and security of aid workers. This year, for WHD, they show the importance, effectiveness, and positive impact of humanitarian work, and tubik artists worked on a collection of illustrations visualizing it. This episode of the illustration set is devoted to advocates that use their knowledge and experience to support people in dangerous or problematic areas. Stay tuned to see more!
