Remote Patient Mgmt - Dashboard UI

This is a Remote patient management portal with a patient mobile app. here, all caregivers such as Doctors, Medical Assistants, and Nurse Practitioners are consulting their patients through the RPM portal with help of health measuring devices assigned to RPM/CCM patients by the hospital.

This RPM project consists of three portals Caregiver, Hospital Admin, and System Admin with different modules like billing, auditing, inventory mgmt, mass patient assignment, and one patient mobile app including health tracking, appointment booking, instant messaging,etc.
