This is an excerpt of the strategy work I did with the backend and front-end teams working on the admin aspect of one of the fintech apps I worked on in the past While leading a product team, you need a lot of speed, saving time, and money for the team, rather than spending hours of work designing and implementing pixel perfect work on the backend admin office, I insisted on doing strategy sessions where we had a dialogue on how the features will be on the backend and some of the metrics that we will be tracking, this has saved us hours of product and dev time and also allowing us to focus on the user experience of our users. Hope you learned from this.
