[old work] Mention rebranding

Second shot of my "I'm looking into my old folders to update my portfolio" session.

Here is a rebranding I did for Mention.com last year.
The idea was to keep the spirit of the current identity and create a foundation for storytelling about space/web exploration.

For this new identity, I also suggested a new baseline "Mention — web monitoring and beyond" ⚡️

The new icon was a minimalist representation of Mercury, god of messengers (Mention monitors messages) and closest planet to the Sun.

My art school presentation speech skills are still fresh even after all this time. 👌
