Create new audience for campaign and target group UI UX design in Figma

Project Terms:

Client: Marketing agency

Customers: are local businesses, such as beauty studios, yoga studios, fitness studios, etc. The marketing agency helps their customers get more new customers (leads) through social media marketing (Facebook and Instagram).
Leads: Potential new customers of the client (e.g. people interested in signing up for a fitness studio membership)

The marketing agency helps their customers get more new customers (leads) through social media marketing (Facebook and Instagram).

The marketing agency provides monthly campaigns with a template.

The template includes:

An image with an overlay
Headline
Short description
Long description

The client then tells the marketing agency which campaign they want to use (e.g. "Weight loss campaign" or "Muscle-building campaign"). They determine the monthly budget they want to allocate.

After that, the marketing agency creates an ad for the client on Facebook. The Facebook ad links to a Typeform form, where leads provide their name and contact information.

And the whole process is manual.

The new software should replace this process. The client can now log in and create their own campaign from a selection of templates. They will receive the collected leads in a table with contact details.

Problem that software should solve:

Making it easier to create Facebook and Instagram Ads
Use ad and form templates that generate more leads
It is extremely easy to create a Facebook campaign by selecting and slightly modifying a pre-made campaign
Duplicate a pre-existing Facebook campaign
Turn on or off pre-existing Facebook campaigns with a button
View statistics of the Facebook campaign (only the most important ones so it doesn't look too complicated)
When creating a Facebook campaign, a "Typeform form" is also created
