Domain Property Search Refinements UI

We're introducing nested property types within our search refinements to give users context around which properties they are searching for. The challenge here was to craft a simplistic, intuitive UI, housing complex elements in a way that would be easily interpreted by the user. The rollout will see subtle animations on the click and hover states. It's the little things that improve product experience.
