🚀 The Brief
The first French network of flatbed transport companies commissioned us to redesign their member intranet in order to simplify the work of coordinating the network while ensuring better communication.
⚙️ The Hiboost Response
Following an in-depth analysis of needs and the drafting of complete specifications, we produced all the front and back models for a tailor-made development under the Symfony Framework around 3 pillars:
Management of user rights: Offer the possibility for managers to delegate certain parts of the profile to be filled in to the various departments concerned (HR, administrative, purchasing, etc.)
Front functionalities: Offer better appropriation by members (task system with notifications, agenda, directory, registrations for events, etc.)
Administration back: Tailor-made work to simplify the administration of accounts, publications, moderations and other registration validations…
This collaboration between Hiboost and France Plateaux has given life to a unique, tailor-made platform, which facilitates the daily exchange of information for members.

Le premier rĂ©seau français des entreprises du transport par plateau nous a missionnĂ© pour refondre leur intranet adhĂ©rent afin de simplifier le travail de coordination du rĂ©seau tout en assurant une meilleure communication.Â

⚙️La Réponse Hiboost
Suite à une analyse approfondie des besoins et la rédaction d’un cahier des charges complet, nous avons réalisés l’ensemble des maquettes front et back pour un développement sur mesure sous Framework Symfony autour de 3 piliers :
Gestion des droits utilisateurs : Offrir la possibilité pour les dirigeants de déléguer certaines parties du profil à renseigner aux différents services concernés (RH, administratif, achat…)
Nouvelles fonctionnalités front : Offrir une meilleure appropriation par les adhérents (système de tâches avec notifications, agenda, annuaire, inscriptions à des évènements…)
Administration back : Travail sur mesure pour simplifier l’administration des comptes, des publications, des modérations et autres validations d’inscriptions…
Cette collaboration entre Hiboost et France Plateaux a donné vie à une plateforme unique, sur mesure, qui facilite au quotidien l’échange d’informations pour les adhérents.
