Strategy Mapping

No business will go very far without a clearly defined strategy. Strategy maps illustrate the route the business has decided to take and helps identify hurdles the business might encounter, opportunities that could prove useful and the behaviours that will get them to their goal. Notions or ideals that the business will claim as values they deem as important drivers of behaviour often sit as overarching themes to these visuals.
