UX Design Project

This UX project involved research of an existing website, including a competitor analysis, competitive benchmarking, study of the existing information architecture, and creating a customer journey map. On top of this, there was also gathering and interpreting quantitative data from various analytics tools.

With the research complete, the information architecture of the site was reordered and a number of user flows written to lead into development.
