Wing E-Bikes

​​Wing Bikes is a premium electric bike company based in New York City. Wing delivers to customers worldwide, with showrooms in four cities around the US. Seth, the CEO of Wing approached me in need of a complete web overhaul, with the goal of improving conversion and transparency.

Wing Bikes have a premium look and feel in person, and we felt that the web experience did not deliver the same level of quality users felt when test riding or viewing in person. Seth wanted the digital experience to match the design and experience of the real thing.

Our research found that 72% of all Wing customers were experiencing the website from a mobile device. We paid extra attention to the flow and usability of the mobile experience to ensure the visual hierarchy made sense and invited users to explore and learn.
