Temporary

Snow isn’t always pretty. It can get dirty, muddy, hard like a rock and pretty inconvenient at times. Over the past months, snow has been a constant reminder to myself that I made it to this part of the globe. That it is something that is now part of the urban landscape surrounding me and that I should just get used to it. There are some days that snow feels overwhelming and I just keep wishing on the day it will all go away. Then I remember that snow is temporary, that just as any other season, winter has its magic and that I need to find its beauty to get thru it day after day.
