Common Ground
Common Ground is a non-traditional faith community in Bend, Oregon that focuses on exploring faith & the outdoors.
Once the brand internals were set in stone and considering the physical context of Bend, there was a clear route to take when it came to the visual identity. The system needed to be inviting to the outdoor community, while also appealing to the post-religious crowd of Bend. It was immensely important not to use any traditional religious symbolism. The main lockup is made up of a logotype that is adventurous, welcoming, and understandable.
