Gamified Engagement Experience for Fans

App design for the Saudi Arabian Football Federation to boost fan engagement and merchandise sales. The app gamified fan participation, rewarding them for attending matches and buying gear with points for exclusive rewards and VIP experiences. A competitive leaderboard further engaged the community. The initiative significantly increased fan re-engagement and sales, proving the app's effectiveness in enhancing the football community in Saudi Arabia.

The app's design system supports both left-to-right (LTR) and right-to-left (RTL) text orientations for English and Arabic languages. This strategy was carefully executed across all app components to ensure a smooth and intuitive user experience for speakers of both languages. The design framework was harmonized with the vibrant atmosphere of "The Falcon's Nest," an engaging live fan experience. This integration included the addition of various interactive games, significantly boosting the app's overall engagement and interactivity.
