Lonely Planet Cities

After you navigate through the continent and country templates, you come to the city template. We designed the city page to feel smaller than the continent and country pages, to clarify the parent / child relationship between them. The city pages are designed to feel smaller, and resemble the article template more than the country template.

Also different on the city page are a number of components that are more focused on trip planning. Hotels, restaurants, and other upcoming features will provide tools that help cities serve as more of a utility for the traveler on the ground.
