Find a Doctor - Mobile

I redesigned NYU Langone Medical Center's Find a Doctor tool into a single searchbox that provides suggestions for Specialties, Conditions, Treatments and Physician Names.

New features include:
• suggestions (based on direct and partial matches)
• synonyms
• the ability to search by treatments
• browsing within the searchbox
• the ability to sort results by zip code with a map view

Originally users would have to search by specialty by default, which would confuse users. Many users would search for conditions or treatments in this search field (which only showed direct text matches) and would be told that there were no results for their search query.
