"A→B" App Concept

The last thing I do before leaving home for work in the morning is to check when the tram leaves my station to time it perfectly.

So I started thinking that there are lots of these routes that we all have in our lives like Home → Work, Work → Gym, Home → Grandma etc.

Would be nice to have an app that stores all your routes and displays live traffic information for them. This could include all types of commutes and travels such as the metro, trains, buses, airplanes.
