This is the 4th and final part of our behind-the-scenes look at the new 52inc.com. Part 3 is here.

A point of friction that we kept encountering on the previous version of our site was the regular need for job listings. We had tried a few different job boards, but never had a permanent place we could send applicants. Simply listing an email address to contact seemed like underselling the positions.

We wanted to put more thought into it this time around. We often have openings for new positions, so including Careers as a top-level navigation item makes sense for us.

Our goal for this page was to present our studio as an attainable place where you could—and should!—work. In other words, the index page sells 52inc as the place you should hire, and the Careers page sells 52inc as the place you should join.
