Destino - Gautrain Traveling App Concept

I was asked to conceptualise and design a mobile app (Android & iOS) for the South African Gautrain transport system.

The problem statement given was that Gautrain is running a lot of empty trips on its trains and buses which are leading to high operating costs. This is because customers do not have an adequate tool to allow them to get, use and manage their trips or gold cards.

The mobile app enables users to load travel credit, plan their trips and view their bus and train schedules.
