May 24 - Europa League Final

I spent a fair bit of time working out the background image today. One thing I’m definitely noticing about doing motion is that I tend to let the general design suffer; a lot of my progress needs to focus on keeping the design solid and adding motion where helpful, rather than trying to get motion to prop up a weak design. Also, today I learned how to make smoke in After Effects! That's kind of the big win of the day, actually.

In 2017, I’m (trying) making a gameday graphic every day, for a sporting event happening that day. In the month of May, I'm doing all motion pieces. This is #144.
